About
This is a tiny, practical nootropics wiki: quick descriptions, what people commonly use something for, what tends to go wrong, and a simple “stack idea”.
It’s built for tracking experiments, not hype. Most entries are “boring on day 1” and only show signal when you keep everything else stable.

Learn (how to test a noot properly)
• Change one variable at a time (or you learn nothing).
• Use a baseline week first (sleep, caffeine timing, meals consistent).
• Track sleep. Many “noots” feel great today and ruin tomorrow.
• Prefer fixed dosing times (e.g. 9:30am) so your notes mean something.
• Watch confounds: hydration, training, big meals, stress, alcohol, illness, and novelty/excitement.
• If you’re using stats: activate your stack on the timeline, then runs will show what was active at the time.

Safety quick rules
• If you’re on meds or have conditions, check interactions with a clinician.
• Stimulant-stacking is how people accidentally create anxiety + insomnia loops.
• “High risk” entries are hidden by default for a reason.

Notes
How entries are written
Entries are short + practical: what it is, what people use it for, what tends to go wrong, and simple stack pairings.
Inside each entry you have My notes - a private scratchpad saved to this browser only.
