These Terms govern your use of Memism (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site.
What Memism is
Memism is a browser-based cognitive testing + training suite. It’s designed for practice and self-tracking. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
No guarantees
Scores can fluctuate and performance can change for many reasons (sleep, stress, practice effects, and randomness). We don’t guarantee accuracy, reliability, improvement, or real-world transfer.
Use at your own risk
You use the Site “as is” and at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damages arising from your use of the Site.
Fair use
- Don’t abuse the Site (spam, scraping, attempts to break features, or interfering with others).
- Don’t try to bypass leaderboards or fake results if/when leaderboards are used.
- Don’t use the Site in a way that violates any applicable laws.
Privacy
Memism is currently browser-based and does not store your test data on our servers. For details, see the privacy page.
Intellectual property
The Site’s code, design, UI, and content are owned by Memism (or its licensors) unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell parts of the Site without permission.
Changes
We may update these Terms as Memism evolves. If we make changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
