Privacy
Memism runs in your browser. There are no accounts, and your test history is stored on your own device.
What stays on your device
- Your scores: every run you finish is written to this browser’s local storage, under keys like memism-stats. Clearing site data deletes them, and nothing else holds a copy.
- Your settings: the theme toggle stores memism-theme, and each test remembers its own options the same way.
What is sent to us
When you finish a run, Memism records that the run happened: the name of the test, the score, how long it took, and the country the request came from. That is the whole record. There is no account, no cookie and no identifier of any kind, and no IP address is stored. Nothing ties one run to another, or to you.
It is there so I can see which tests actually get used, and so a score can one day be compared against everyone else’s.
Third-party services
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which counts page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and builds no profiles. There are no ads and no tracking scripts. The two typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which means Google sees the request your browser makes for them.
Sharing
Nothing is sold, rented or traded. The run records carry no identifiers, so there is nothing personal in them to share.
